    For departmental leads, integrated team job planning is also a core feature of Job Planning for Agenda for Change staff, facilitating and simplifying the generation and distribution of populated job plans across their teams.

     

    Personal and Departmental Objective Setting

    For organisations, our system captures a broad range of activities, including setting strategic trust and departmental goals within job planning. As with the medics Job Planning module, AfC staff are able to set personal objectives for all staff groups. Many other features such as reminders, reporting and multiple sign-off rules are all configurable giving organisations a solution specific to their needs.

    Build Accurate Service Delivery Plans

    Our system also provides a unique demand-based, service-led team Job Planning module. This allows Service Leads to build accurate service delivery plans for their teams based on Business Intelligence as part of the Job Planning process. The required activity can then be allocated to user job plans or listed as an objective, giving the lead users unrivalled control and visibility of the activity in the job plans in their department, and contributing to quality data outputs as part of a comprehensive business planning process.
