Data That Delivers: A New Era for Job Planning

We’re pleased to invite you to our latest webinar, introducing our new reporting dashboard, designed to help NHS trusts gain clearer, more actionable insights from their job planning data.

During the webinar, we will explore some of the persistent challenges facing trusts in their job planning processes, and how better visibility can help drive improvements at both the service and individual clinician level.

The session will highlight three key areas where our new dashboard can make a difference:

• Compliance – Streamlining data collection for NHSE Provider Workforce Returns and helping uncover barriers within the process.
• Consistency – Identifying variation in activity allocation across services and staff groups to support fairness and transparency.
• Productivity – Leveraging existing data to align capacity with demand, and support good practice in areas such as DCC/SPA balance.
