North Bristol NHS Trust has renewed its contract with Intouch with Health following more than ten years of successful partnership.
Staff and patients at the Trust have been using digital patient flow technology from Intouch with Health for over a decade via the Flow Manager dashboard. The Trust also uses Intouch with Health’s patient Check-in and patient Calling modules.
North Bristol NHS Trust, which has over 12,000 staff delivering healthcare across Southmead Hospital, Cossham Hospital and Bristol Centre for Enablement, also recently launched Version 7 of the Intouch operating software to further boost the digital transformation of its outpatient department.
Sharon Gater, Director of Account Services at Intouch with Health said: “We are extremely pleased the team at North Bristol NHS Trust is continuing to achieve the benefits of the Intouch platform and have decided to renew their relationship with us for a further two years”.
Sharon added: “The Trust benefits from a joined-up approach where its outpatient patient flow technology and pre-operative assessment questionnaire technology (the Synopsis Platform) is delivered through one supplier, making for a strong working relationship and a collaborative approach to problem solving.”
Greg Patel-Harris, Project Manager from North Bristol NHS Trust says “The Intouch with Health check-in kiosks have improved patient flow into the hospital as well as the patient experience and patient safety when attending their outpatient appointments. It gives patients the flexibility of choosing when and how to check in.”
