BookWise Solutions Acquired by VitalHub Corp and will become part of VitalHub UK.

We are delighted announce that BookWise Solutions, a leading provider of healthcare scheduling solutions, has been acquired by our parent company VitalHub Corp, a global leader in healthcare technology. As part of this acquisition, BookWise Solutions will integrate into VitalHub UK, headquartered in London.

This acquisition reaffirms the trust and confidence that VitalHub Corp has in VitalHub UK and our steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions to our customers. BookWise Solutions, based in Burton-upon-Trent, offers specialist scheduling software that enables hospitals, clinics and training organisations to manage scheduling and room resources effectively, while saving time and reducing the burden of administration.

This strategic collaboration will enable us to integrate multiple solutions across our portfolio, supporting a broader healthcare ecosystem to provide enhanced functionality, value, and flexibility to our customers.
