We are pleased to announce VitalHub’s acquisition of Induction Healthcare, a UK-based digital health innovator known for its patient-centric platforms, Zesty and Attend Anywhere. This strategic acquisition reinforces VitalHub’s commitment to advancing digitally enabled care across the UK and international health systems.

Induction Healthcare delivers a suite of technologies that empower healthcare organisations to transform the patient journey, both remotely and face-to-face, through enhanced flexibility, control, and ease of access. Their solutions are trusted by over 100 Trusts across the UK, with Zesty and Attend Anywhere playing a pivotal role in modernising care delivery and patient engagement.

Zesty, a smart patient engagement platform, connects directly with major hospital systems to provide patients with seamless appointment management, digital communication, pre-visit questionnaires, video consultations, and more.

Attend Anywhere is a secure, scalable platform enabling healthcare providers to deliver video consultations as a routine part of care delivery, supporting over 95 Trusts in England and multiple Health Boards in Wales and Scotland.
